Constant comment loose tea


Best tea ever!! Have enjoyed this for at least 55 years! I wish the LOOSE tea was readily available in stores. It used to be found, at least, in gift shops and specialty shops. Received a new tea infuser, but will continue to use the teabags.

If I could give Constant Comment more than 5 stars, I would. I was introduced to Constant Comment many, many years ago. I fell in love then and I have been drinking it since. I have been unable to find it in loose leaf for a while, so I came to the web site. Voila! Here you are and I will stay with you for many more years. The Best Tea Ever!!


I have been drinking this tea for 50+ years. For years after I moved to Michigan I could not find it in the stores here but several years ago they started carrying the tea bags. I used to always buy the loose tea but cannot find it anywhere. I just found out I can purchase from your website so I will definitely be purchasing some tins of it so I can brew a teapot with the loose tea just like my dad used to do for my sister and I when we would go camping.

Constant Comment Tea Is Tops


I have been drinking this tea since the 1960s and it is still my #1 favorite flavored tea. There are other imitators that try to make this blend, but they all fall very short of Constant Comment’s balance of a quality black tea base, orange rind and the magic combination of spices. Bagged or loose, it is an all-around favorite of mine any time of day.

Constant Comment Bigelow Tea is only 2 years older than me! Per Doctor's orders, I have switched to Decaf and can only find it in tea bags. I am 'almost' snooty about my tea and own a Breville Tea Pot, and want to know if you sell Constant Comment Decaf in loose leaf please. Holiday Regards to every employee!

First and still the Best


As a young child in the early 1950s I used to go through my Grandmother’s pantry smelling anything available and her tin of Constant Comment is one of the best memories ever. As an Adult it has been a “constant” staple in my kitchen. Thank you for providing me a lifetime of such comfort and joy.

Perfect morning tea


This tea is the perfect alternative to a cup of coffee in the morning. It leaves the palate and sense of smell invigorated and the mood refreshed in a delightful combination of caffeine and aromatherapy! This loose leaf container could make 80 cups by their own bagged tea measure but in my case it rarely goes farther than 50 cups being a fan of strong brew! YMMV! You can easily tell why Ruth Bigelow named this tea "Constant Comment" as the fans of this tea never stop talking about it or sharing a cup with anyone that will indulge in the experience.

I love this tea


I wasn’t much of a tea drinker. I have always liked it, but was never my “go to” drink. Since trying this , I drink it every morning. I absolutely love it!

When I was small


My mother got me hooked on this tea when I was about 6 years old and have been drinking it ever since. I drink many of the teas from Bigelow and there are no complaints. Keep these teas.
